Tried a few items here and overall had a decent experience. The Timur chicken had good flavor and a nice spicy kick, but it became a bit hard after about 15 minutes. The chicken sekuwa came in a good quantity and was enjoyable. The highlight for me was the momo chicken tikka masala — very good dish with great texture and rich flavor. The Juju Dhau was average; it would be nice to see more authentic Nepali desserts added to the menu. Service was okay, nothing exceptional but nothing bad either. Overall, worth trying for the flavors, especially the momo tikka masala.
A beautiful establishment with amazing food! They allow you to choose spice level and give friendly suggestions! I got medium spice for everything. Suggested Dish: Chicken Tikka Momos- these were absolutely delicious! Well spiced and the chicken was tender Chicken Biryani: THE CHICKEN WAS DO TENDER AND SPICED PERFECTLY 😚 the basmati was toasted well and accompanied by perfectly cooked herbs and onions. Great portion! Chicken Tikka Chow Mein: perfectly creamy and cook soooooo well. Tender noodles with the chicken melted in my mouth. Great service! Can’t wait to go back!
I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews. I spent $121 here, and literally nothing was worth it. The food was cold, oily, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The momos (both veg and chicken) were hard and dry inside, with barely any filling or flavor. The Chicken Chowmein was just a pile of soggy noodles drowned in oil, and even after paying extra for eggs, it tasted awful.
The Golo Momo Tikka Masala was dry and tasted like reheated leftovers. Both Chicken Chowmeins were greasy, overcooked, and loaded with oil — even after paying extra for double eggs ($2.98 each), they barely had any flavor. The Chicken Chilli was soggy instead of crispy, and had a strange aftertaste. The Veg Momo Tikka and Veg Momo were completely bland, with thick dough and no seasoning. The Chicken Golo Momo was chewy and almost cold when it arrived. Even the Mango Lassi tasted watered down
I recently had a good time dining at this restaurant and it was really a good experience. The flavours were amazing every dish was full of the bold spices and aromas that define the cuisine. From the momos to the chowmein and fried rice each bite showcased a good balance taste. The ambiance of the restaurant felt good with lot of customers being there and enjoying the food. Overall, I had a good time and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to explore Nepalese flavours in a friendly setting. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
